Villa Busem; 

             This villa is located in İslamar area  in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya,  is a magnificent honeymoon vilia. Our villa has a capacity of 4 people, with indoor heated pool. İn addition our villa is sheltered so it also appeals to our conservative families.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 4*11 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

NOTE: The heating system in the pool for 7 days or less has a fee of 4.200TL. For more than 7 days the daily fee is 600TL

NOTE: The heating system in the pool in 2024 for 7 days or less has a fee of  5.250TL. For more than 7 days the daily fee is 750TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 1.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
