Its secluded design also makes it an ideal choice for conservative families.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The comfortable living area features a TV, a cozy seating area, a coffee table, and other amenities, creating a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.

Pool:

The villa features a generously sized 4 x 11 meter private heated pool with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Note: The pool heating fee for 2024 is fixed at ₺7,000 for stays of 7 nights or less. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional ₺1,000 per day is added.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• A villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period is 5 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
