Villa Buğra

Villa Buğra ; 

      This is one of our conservative villas located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Buğra has a capacity of 4 people, with a jacuzzi, childrens pool and table tennis.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.8*7.5 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Note; The outdoor pool of our villa is heated, and if requested, there is a daily pool heating fee of 750 TL. Guests who want to use pool heating must inform us at least 3 days in advance.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
