Villa Best;

                     This villa is one of our luxurious villas, located in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Best has a capacity of 6 people, a sea view, a indoor heated pool, a sauna and a cınema room.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a bathtub, a TV,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom  ( bottom floor)

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 5*12.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters   

Indoor pool information:

               Our pool measures 2.8*6.5 meters and a depth of 1.3 meters.

NOTE: The heating system in the closed pool, for the winter has no fee for stays under 7 nights. For any stay under 7 nights, the fee for the heating system is 1.000TL daily. There will be a daily fee of 1.250TL for under floor heating.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenace comes daily. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 3.000TL for cleaning if you stay is 7 nights.
