Accommodation:

• Bedroom: One bedroom featuring a double bed, a private indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for your convenience. The living area is comfortably furnished with a TV, seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

Enjoy complete privacy in your secluded pool area. The pool measures 4 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters and is surrounded by protective screening.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage is found.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price. No additional charges will apply.
• The villa will be provided clean and ready for your stay.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required throughout the season. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of £40 (British Pounds) will be charged.
• Check-in Time: 4:00 PM (16:00)
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM (10:00)
