Room Details:

1. Bedroom 1: Contains 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.

2. Bedroom 2: Contains 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

Fully equipped with kitchenware to meet all your needs, the living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Details:

The pool measures 4x8 meters and is 1.5 meters deep.

Damage Deposit:

A cash damage deposit of 2,000 TL is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damages or losses are reported.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas are included in the weekly rental price. The villa will be delivered with fresh towels, linens, and necessary items in each room. A villa attendant performs daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note: Minimum rental duration is 4 nights. For stays of 7 nights or less, an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 TL will be charged.
