          This is one of our ultra luxury villas located in Kalkan. on of Antalya`s unique holiday resorts, with a capcity of 8 people( 10 people capacity with extra 2 folding beds). Villa Aslan Ada is modernly designed, with a garden, a heated infinity pool, a sauna and a turkish bath.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 4*12 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

                The childs pools that can be used as a jacuzzi measures  2*2 meters

NOTE: İf heating system is requested, there is a daily fee of 1.500TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 4.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 4.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you  Pool and garden maintenace comes daily.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 4.000TL for cleaning if you stay is 8 nights or under.
