This villa is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends, designed to provide a relaxing and unforgettable holiday experience.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private, secluded pool measuring 4 meters by 7 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 6,000 Turkish Lira (TL) is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is seven nights. Stays of five nights or fewer are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL.
