Villa April

Villa April; 

      This is one of our conservative villas located in Çayköy, Kalkan. one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa April has a capacity of 2 people and would be great for a couple on their honeymoon.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, jacuzzi and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*7.5 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready. You will find clean towels, bes sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden mainetance.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole season is 3 nights. There will be no cleaning fee requested.
