Villa Alya; 

              This villa is located in Yeşilköy, Kalkan, with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our villa is specially designed for conservative friends and families as there is a pool that is not visible from the outside or to the public.

An unforgettable holiday awaits you at Villa Ayla, where you can watch the magnificnt sunset and is also a 10 minute walk to  the Patara beach.

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*10 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters.

Room information: 

       All rooms include wardrobes, chest of drawers, a dressing table, a hairdryer, bathrooms and toilets.

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 4.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 4.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be a fee of 1.750TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights.
