Villa Almon; 

             This is one of our conservative villas located in the worlds famous beach Patara, Kalkan. one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Almon has a capacity of 4 people, surrounded  by nature and a beautiful sea view.

Do not be late for the holiday beyond your dreams.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*12 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

NOTE: The heating system in the indoor pool has a weekly fee of 7.000TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: Between the dates of 15 June- 15  September the minimum rental period is 5 nights. For any other dates the minimum stay is 3 nights. There will be a cleaning fee of 2.000TL for any stays under 6 nights.
