Bedroom information: 

                 1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing room table,  a chest of drawers, air conditioner and a bathroom.

                 2.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing room table,  a chest of drawers, air conditioner and a bathroom.

                 3.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing room table,  a chest of drawers, air conditioner and a bathroom.

                 4.Bedroom: 2 sıngle beds, a wardrobe, a dressing room table,  a chest of drawers, air conditioner and a bathroom.  

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

               İn our kitchen we have provided you with everything you may need. Our lounge area has a TV, a sofa set and coffee table etc. 

Pool information:

                 We have a pool of 4*9 meters long and 1.50 meters deep in the villa.

Damage deposit:

              Upon arrival 4.000TL will have to be given as a deposit, however as soon as we have done our checks to make sure there is no damage you money will be turned.

General information: 

              The weekly rental fee includes electricity, water and bottled gas. Therefore you will not be charged an extra fee. Before you check in, the villa will be delivered to you in a clean condition. Clean towels, sheets and pillowcases are left in all rooms for cleaninesss and hygiene. requests for extra cleaning, new towels, be lıned etc will be an extra fee.

NOTE: The minimum stay for the whole year is 5 nights. For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3.000TL is charged.
