Villa Acar 2; 

          This villa is one of our conservative villas located in Akbel, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 12 people, with a sea view and is close to city center.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.5*10 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 6.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 6.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: Between the dates  of 15 June- 15 September the minimum rental period is 5 nights. For any other dates the minimum stay will be 4 nights. For stays less than 6 nights there will be a cleaning fee of 3.000TL.
