Additionally, three similar villas are available next to each other, making it an excellent choice for large family groups.

Note: Only Villa 1 has a children’s pool.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

Equipped with all the essential kitchenware, the villa offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Details:

The villa features a 7 x 3-meter pool with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A 5,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in. If no damages, loss, or issues are reported at check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

General Information:

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rate.
• The villa is delivered clean, with fresh towels, linens, and all necessary essentials.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the villa staff.

Note: The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies.
