• 1st Bedroom: A double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• 2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• 3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• 4th Bedroom: A double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room

The villa is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances to meet all your needs. The living room features a TV, seating area, coffee table, and stylish decor, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Pool Details

The villa has a 7.5 x 3.5-meter outdoor pool with a depth of 1.65 meters, surrounded by privacy screens.

Damage Deposit

A 3,000 TL cash deposit is required upon check-in. If no damage, loss, or other issues are detected at check-out, the deposit will be fully refunded.

General Information

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared, with fresh towels, linens, and other essentials in each room.
• Pool and garden maintenance is performed every two days by villa staff.

NOTE: Minimum stay is 5 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
