                This villa is located in Kızıltaş, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 6 people. Villla Samira offers a view of the sea. 3 bedrooms and is perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our pool  measures at 4.5*8.5 meters and a depth of 1.65 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £80 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £80 back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5  nights .Accomodation for less than 5 nights may be requested to the villa owner. There will be a fee of £50 for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights.
