Villa Öztürk

Villa Öztürk; 

          This villa is located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people, surrounded by nature, an indoor heated pool and a sauna. Villa Öztürk is designed for you to have a holiday beyond your dreams.

Whilst being here on holiday you can light the barbeque and enjoy your time in the pool.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

           Our ourdoor surrounded pool measures 7*3.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

          Additionally,  the indoor heated pool measures 3.5*2.5 meters with a depth of 1.10cm.

NOTE: The fee for the heating system in the pool is 750TL daily. İf heating is wanted in the pool, please inform us 3 days before you arrive atleast.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Every 2 days there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 June- 30 September the minimum stay period is 5 nights. For any other dates the minimum stay is 4 nights. There will be an extra fee of 1.500TL for cleaing if the stay is under 6 nights.
