Villa La Mer Tiny Plus; 

                This villa is located in Kördere, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people. You will have a relaxed and an amazing time with a sea view, a large pool terrace the your family and friends will really enjoy.

NOTE: Outside of the villa you will find a singlehooped basketball court and a childrens play area.

NOTE: There is only bathroom and toilet, to be shared.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our jacuzzi pool measures 3*7 meters and a depth of 1.30 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will pool and garden maintenace.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be an extra fee of 1.600TL for cleaning, for any stay under 5 nights.
