Villa Kadem;

     This villa is located in Sarıbelen, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya offerring you a holiday where silence and peace prevail and surrounded by nature. Our villa has a stylish design, a large garden that can not be seen from the outside, a barbeque area for a 4 person family or a group of friends.

Room information:

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom.

                     2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

   Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

              Our pool measures 4*8  meters with a depth of 1.50 meters

              The indoor pool measures 2*2 meters with a depth of 0.90 meters

NOTE: There will be a daily fee of 600TL to activate the heating system in the indoor pool.

Damage deposit:

        Upon check in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 2.500TL back.

 İmportant information: 

                 Pool and garden maintenance will come once every day. Also, the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. There will be a fee of of 1.500TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights.
