Villa Ada

This villa is located in Fethiye, one  of the unique holiday resorts in Muğla, with a capacity of 8 people,  a large garden, surrounded by nature. Thee city center is only a 5 minute ride from our villa.

Mutfak ve Salon Bilgileri; 

                    Villamızda tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak şekilde yeterli mutfak araç gereçleri ve ayrıca salonumuzda TV, oturma grubu, sehpa vb. eşyalar bulunmaktadır.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa p rovides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Havuz Bilgileri;

                    Villamızın,  4,8 * 7,8 metre ebatlarında 1,50 metre derinliğinde havuzu bulunmaktadır.

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.8*7.8 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Hasar Depozitosu; 

                    Villaya girişte nakit olarak 2.000 TL depozito alınmakta olup çıkışınız esnasında herhangi bir hasar, kayıp vb. ile karşılaşılmadığı taktirde sizlere geri iade edilir.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2000TL back.

Genel Bilgiler; 

                   Villamızda elektrik, su ve tüp gaz kullanımlarınız haftalık ücrete dahildir. Villamız sizlere tertemiz ve her odasına havlu nevresim vb eşyalar bırakılmış şekilde teslim edilmektedir. 2 Günde bir olarak villa görevlisi havuz ve bahçe bakımını yapmaktadır. 

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Every 2 days there will be garden and pool maintenance.

NOT: Tüm sezonda minimum kiralama süresi 5 gecedir. 7 geceden daha az konaklamalar için ekstra 600 TL temizlik ücreti talep edilir.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 600TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
